Water Bear is a spacious center cockpit version of Gary Mulls Freedom 45 design. Built in 1993 by Tillitson-Pearson Inc. (now TPI composites). On deck she boasts a deep secure cockpit with an electric harken halyard winch and an easy to access main traveler. Her decks are open and uncluttered with high stanchions and secure lifelines. Below decks you will be hard pressed to find a more spacious and accommodating interior on a 45' boat. Her large forward cabin opens to an enormous head with ensuite shower. Her main salon is warm and inviting yet also offers more storage than many much larger vessels. Interior upgrades include Seafrost refrigeration and a full new freshwater plumbing system done in PEX. Her large engine room offers access on all sides making service easy. Updated raw water systems and hoses can be found. Her aft cabin with center line queen berth is quite possibly the largest aft cabin on any 45' boat this broker has seen. Her aft head with separate shower round out features that make this boat both a blue water voyager and a comfortable live aboard cruiser. Her current owner has added a new chart plotter, autopilot and controller, GPS antenna, AIS receiver/transmitter, 400 amp hours of lithium batteries, two victron orion charge controllers, a new depth sounder, and a new wind gauge in early 2025.

Water Bear est une version spacieuse à cockpit central du design Freedom 45 de Gary Mull. Construite en 1993 par Tillitson-Pearson Inc. (aujourd'hui TPI composites). Sur le pont, elle dispose d'un cockpit profond et sécurisé avec un winch de drisse électrique Harken et un chariot principal facilement accessible. Ses ponts sont ouverts et dégagés avec de hauts haubans et des lignes de vie sécurisées. En dessous du pont, vous aurez du mal à trouver un intérieur plus spacieux et accueillant sur un bateau de 45 pieds. Sa grande cabine avant s'ouvre sur une énorme salle de bain avec douche attenante. Son salon principal est chaleureux et accueillant tout en offrant également plus de rangement que de nombreux navires beaucoup plus grands. Les améliorations intérieures comprennent un réfrigérateur Seafrost et un tout nouveau système de plomberie en eau douce réalisé en PEX. Son grand moteur offre un accès de tous les côtés, ce qui facilite l'entretien. Des systèmes et tuyaux d'eau brute mis à jour peuvent être trouvés. Sa cabine arrière avec lit queen en ligne centrale est probablement la plus grande cabine arrière de tous les bateaux de 45 pieds que ce courtier ait vus. Sa salle de bain arrière avec douche séparée complète les caractéristiques qui font de ce bateau à la fois un voyageur en haute mer et un croiseur confortable pour vivre à bord. Son propriétaire actuel a ajouté un nouveau traceur de cartes, un pilote automatique et un contrôleur, une antenne GPS, un récepteur/transmetteur AIS, 400 ampères-heures de batteries lithium, deux contrôleurs de charge Victron Orion, un nouveau sondeur de profondeur et un nouveau manomètre de vent début 2025.
